Career Scope after BBA /BBM

A BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) or a BBM (Bachelors in Business Management) is a graduate level management degree that is solely designed to enlighten student's management skills at the Bachelors level. The degree is designed to develop practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability. Thus BBA/BBM institutes also assist students with summer internships in well known corporate organizations so that the student receives the much necessary industry exposure.

The course duration is usually three years. However, it may vary from institute to institute.

Eligibility:

  • The eligibility for this course is 10+2 in any stream

Career Prospects:

A BBA graduate can start off as an Executive, Associate, Business Development Manager or an Assistant manager in various organizations such as:

  • NGO's
  • PSU's
  • Multinational corporations

Initially the pay will not be that appealing and most of the students are hired as interns and are given stipend instead of salary. But with experience and exposure the salary bar would surely get a hike and an MBA after BBA/BBM would definitely fetch the student more lucrative jobs.
